BID Resources

It’s a sea of info out there, and sifting through city and county websites can be tough. Did you know that the city offers all kinds of handy things like free, award-winning landlord training classes that coach landlords on how to deal with and prevent illegal behavior from occurring within their buildings? Or that the Department of Neighborhood Services sells DIY Graffiti removal kits for $15 a pop? They also have info on what to do if you’d like to keep up to four pet chickens in your home. To save you your sanity, the resource areas of our website exist to help you fulfill your project goals, whether that means answering questions about how to establish a new business in the area, locating grants and city resources you can take advantage of to restore your building, or pointing you to the right resources to help a community member who might be suffering from addiction or facing homelessness. These tools are meant to share, and we hope these resources come in handy as you take an active role in making an amazing neighborhood even better. Thanks for all that you do for Bay View!
